We have used Global Robots for many years to source refurbished ABB robots. On the rare occasions we have faults with them their technical support quickly help us diagnose the fault and the spare parts department supply used spare parts quickly. The parts are clean and well packaged when they arrive.

I've had one of my best experiences purchasing online, I needed a CPU board for My Kawasaki robot, they are relatively old and it is hard to find parts in good condition, after buying two of those boards from a different place both of them being faulty, someone from a robotics forum recommended I purchase from this source, where I was able to get in touch with Lianne, she was extremely nice and professional after I explained what the issue was and the part that I need, she agreed to send me the part so I can test it before I make any payment. Highly recommend it for its quick response and professionalism.

I am a hobbyist and have fun working with robots, especially Kawasaki - here the (old) C-Controller/FS-Arms which were mostly in service around 1995-2005 (or so). I had a problem with a Teach Pendant, in which the LCD-Screen was smashed. Long story short: Even with the OEM-Part number it was IMPOSSIBLE to find a spare screen for a "reasonable" price - if at least available. Got a hint in the Robot-Forum from our Moderator Kwakisaki to get in touch with GLOBALROBOTS UK and figure out what might be possible in terms of spare/parts-only TPs. THIS WAS THE BY FAR BEST HINT EVER: Got in contact with GLOBALROBOTS and with Lianne, Service & Spare Parts Manager @ GLOBALROBOTS, we found a more than perfect solution.
